Established in 2010 OWN Solicitors is a specialist criminal legal aid practice committed to providing high standards of criminal advice and assistance to clients who may find themselves within the criminal justice system.

Our firm strives to provide a professional, friendly and efficient service and is lead by Partners Kirsty Wright, Chris Thompson and Matthew Nash. Our team consists of other qualified Duty Solicitors including Tolu Agbebi, James Constable, Ruth Williams and Smiah Khan. Matthew Nash, Steve Garratt and James Constable are experienced Higher Courts Advocates working in our Crown Court Department. They are assisted by Litigator Zoe Heron. Working alongside our solicitors and consultants is Trainee Solicitor Harriet Burke and paralegals Leanne Boswell and Heather Burke. They work hard to provide our clients with any support and advice they may require. Fiona Gammon is our Accounts Administrator.
